sök is a mobile application that enables users to organise their wardrobe, compose AI-assisted outfits, and discover style recommendations. The service is operated by Anastasiia Tokar (sole proprietor, Poland) ("sök", "we", "us").
By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
Outfit suggestions, wardrobe gap recommendations, and chat responses are generated by third-party large language models (currently Anthropic's Claude). AI-generated output may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Users should exercise independent judgement before acting on any recommendation. sök does not provide professional styling, retail, or financial advice, and the service does not constitute such advice.
All photographs, notes, and feedback submitted by the user ("User Content") remain the intellectual property of the user. By uploading User Content, the user grants sök a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service (including AI analysis, outfit composition, and display within the application).
Users must not upload content to which they do not hold the necessary rights, including photographs depicting third parties without their consent or copyrighted material owned by others.
sök reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be in breach of these prohibitions, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
The service is currently available free of charge during the beta testing period. Prior to the introduction of any paid tier, users will be presented with full pricing information before any charge is incurred. Users on a free tier at the time of any pricing change will retain their existing access until such time as they affirmatively accept revised terms.
To maintain service sustainability, daily usage limits apply to certain AI-driven features under the standard plan, including chat messages, outfit generations, outfit edits, and Discover feed refreshes. Current limits are displayed within the application and are subject to change.
The Discover feed may surface garments from third-party retailers including COS, Arket, Massimo Dutti, and others. sök does not operate affiliate arrangements and derives no commission from any resulting purchase. Recommendations are determined solely by the user's wardrobe, style profile, and inspiration board.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. sök does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. sök reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. In the event of a full discontinuation, reasonable advance notice will be given and a mechanism for data export will be made available.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sök shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or loss arising from reliance on AI-generated recommendations. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory EU consumer protection law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland, without prejudice to the right of EU consumers to bring proceedings before the courts of their country of habitual residence.
EU residents may also seek resolution through the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
sök may amend these terms from time to time. Material amendments will be notified to users within the application prior to taking effect. Continued use of the service following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
